REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

TRAIN BOOKING -

Consumer needs to cancel their PNR/Tickets at least 24hrs prior their departure date & had to verify otp through their registered mobile number on particular PNR. Only then Cancellation amount will be processed to consumer. Also, Operator have authority to make changes from time to time. Hence, Final decision will be considered as per the respective operator.

FLIGHT BOOKING -

BUS BOOKING -

Consumer needs to cancel their PNR/Tickets at least 24hrs prior their departure date & had to verify otp through their registered mobile number on particular PNR. Only then Cancellation amount will be processed to consumer. Also, Operator have authority to make changes from time to time. Hence, Final decision will be considered as per the respective operator.

OTT -

Post successful activation of subscription. No changes can be made to the user details i.e. – Change of registered mobile number, Change of e-mail, Changes in subscribed plan etc. In case consumer made payment & still not able to access content. Please raise us dispute on our Panel.

RECHARGES (Prepaid/Post-paid/DTH) -

In case of successful recharge, After highlighting the concern with respective operator. Response received from Operator’s end will be the final status of the recharge & the action will be taken accordingly.
